Our Commitment to Rice Connected with Nature
Clover flowers, where honeybees collect nectar, store nitrogen from the air in their roots, enriching the soil.
By plowing these clovers into the rice fields after blooming and fermenting them naturally, we create organic soil without relying on chemical fertilizers.
The rice we use is “Renge Rice,” grown at Fukuda Beekeeping Farm with minimal use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
This safe, aromatic rice is cooked as soft brown rice porridge, and also milled in-house into flour to make 100% brown rice pancakes.
