Dharma Tree・Dietary Therapy
If we continue eating only what we like as much as we like, the burden will eventually come back to us. We do not use animal-based ingredients or wheat-based products, which are often hard to digest, but instead use plant-based ingredients that are gentle on digestion and light on the body.
Furthermore, by incorporating delicious vegetable soups combined with well-balanced Chinese herbal medicine, we offer “Vegan Medicinal Cuisine” that warms the body from within throughout the year, providing meals that are gentle on the body and truly bring joy to it.

A Healing Space
Our restaurant “Dharma Tree” is located
in the rich natural hills of Mt. Inaba.
The strength of the earth that supports the mountains, the wind swaying through the trees, and the changing seasons fill all five senses.
In the spacious area overlooking both the sky and the city, spend a relaxing time with your loved ones,
or take a moment to reflect on your inner self.

Our Commitment to Vegan Cuisine
Our menu is entirely 100% plant-based, so even vegans can dine with peace of mind. If requested in advance, we can also provide Oriental Vegan options without the five pungent roots.
Depending on one’s condition, garlic or green onions may sometimes be needed. Neither too little nor too much—we strive to serve dishes that are just right for each person.
What we eat can either bring illness or health. A vegetable-centered diet will bring clarity not only to the body but also to the mind.
Please come and reset your daily routine, heal your body, and enjoy dietary therapy with us.

About the Owner Couple
We, as a couple, reconsidered our approach to food after the wife fell ill. The owner, who had many years of experience as a Japanese cuisine chef, stopped using animal-based ingredients to support his wife, and together we began living a vegetarian lifestyle. As a result, our self-healing ability improved, and we were able to feel the power of both visible and invisible things through our bodies.
By adjusting our diet, we realized that both mind and body could be properly balanced, leading to a truly fulfilling life. We understood that food can make us either healthy or ill. However, we also learned that not only food, but also thoughts, lifestyle, actions, and even destiny all play deeper roles in health. We feel it is our mission to share this important awareness with as many people as possible.
